• Converting the veranda into a workspace, covering the temporary floor with 1/8" plywood panels.

• Constructing the 12 mold stations and the strongback on which the boat hull will be built upside down. This step is crucial: the symmetry and stability of the mold will guarantee the symmetry and stability of the boat.
