• Once all the planks are assembled, the boat's hull is turned over, keeping a few mold stations in place for overall stability. Temporary crossbeams will then be used.

• The ash frames are cut and placed in a steam box to be bended, then positioned and attached to the inside planking with copper nails riveted across the hull at the location of each mold station.
